Like many others, I have attempted to lose weight many times, but it always ended in failure. Initially, I never thought I would come this far because I’m not a person who does any sort of workouts even going for a walk was super hard for me. However, it’s unbelievable that I have lost almost 23 kgs (from 92 kgs to 69 kgs). He had guided me throughout this process, not just at the gym. He consistently checked on my daily meals and ensured I complete my 10k steps daily. I would say this was one of the main reasons I stayed on track. I feel so much stronger both physically and mentally. In the beginning, it was definitely hard for me, but now it has blended into my routine. I feel so motivated and can’t wait to achieve more milestones in my weight loss journey.
